If for any reason you decide that the accessories you have purchased are not what you expected, you can return them. To do so, please use our form (download)
Returns can be made for 14 days from the day of receipt of the consignment.
- PAYPO PAYMENT
For orders with PayPo please also fill in the form, add information about this method of payment and enclose it with your parcel together with your receipt.
IMPORTANT We would like to ask you to make a thoughtful choice regarding the colour of the silicone mat.
Pack the returned product in undamaged condition with all its contents. Attach a note to the package along with with the form (download)

We would be grateful if you would send us a message with information about returning the goods. Please note that the items must not bear any signs of use and reach us in the condition in which they were sent to you.
FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY
If you do not receive your parcel, please contact us.
We can resend the parcel or please send a completed return form (download)which will enable you to withdraw from the contract. The cost of returning the parcel if it is not collected is also charged by the courier company.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, as referred to in § 8 of the Terms and Conditions, shall not apply to the contract:
- in which the object of the performance is a non-refabricated item produced according to the specifications of the privileged Buyer or serving to satisfy his individualised needs;
- where the object of the performance is an item that is perishable or has a short shelf life;
- where the object of the service is an item supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- in which the subject matter of the performance consists of items which are, by their nature, inseparable from other items after delivery;
- in which the subject matter of the service is sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging if the packaging is opened after delivery;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription contract;
- in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal.
Due to varying availability, exchanges are possible by returning the received items to us and placing another order for any amount. We will send a refund for the returned items.

You can place a new order for selected products without waiting for the return shipment to reach us. Return of previously received products is possible for 14 days from the day of receipt of the shipment
Please note that the items must bear no signs of use and reach us in the condition in which they were sent to you.
Sending an email additionally stating that you wish to exchange and your new order number will further streamline the whole process 🙂
Please make an informed choice regarding the silicone mat. Unpacking it makes it impossible to return it in the condition in which it was sent.

TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
1. Fill in the form complaints (download) and enclose it with the parcel. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.
When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase document.

Before collecting your parcel from the courier, always check in his presence whether it has been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, please draw up a damage report in the presence of a courier.
- If the courier is able to inspect the product with us and it turns out that it has indeed been damaged, we should sign a damage report with him, in which we describe exactly how and what has been damaged in our package. Such a report is the basis for a claim with the carrier.
- If the courier is unable to spare us a few extra minutes, we can ask him to note on the delivery note that we are reporting damage to the packaging of the parcel and are concerned about the condition of its contents. We can then contact the courier company's customer service line, where we report the damage and set a date for the courier to come and carry out a damage report. It is best to refrain from opening the package until he arrives, so that everything is done according to procedures.
- If you choose delivery to parcel machine please note that a damaged parcel can be put back into the parcel window and you should then follow the message displayed on the screen.
